Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
- You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 12 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Hesperia is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of the order, destination, chosen shipping. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at myhesperiateam@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a solution.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged items immediately. Contact us at myhesperiateam@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the damaged package with the photos and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Hesperia is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at myhesperiateam@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Hesperia is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
